I really enjoyed this book, it is very well written and the author wrote it in a way that transports you into the story and you become part of the book. I found myself walking right beside Bonkie and experiencing all of his adventures. The research the writer did gives you a vivid picture of the time period the story took place in. I would highly recommend this book and can’t wait for the next book from this author, Rich Simms.
I thought it was well written, and I enjoyed the storyline. The author was able to maintain my interest without a lot of gore and violence.
